Prime Minister Narendra Modi introduced the MSME CHAMPIONS portal on June 1st, 2020. The complete form of CHAMPIONS is the Creation and Harmonious Application of Modern Processes for Increasing Output and National Strength. You can visit the portal at https://champions.gov.in. It serves as a one-stop shop for handling new setups during these trying times and complaints from MSME’s.
Introduced by the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, MSME-Champions is a technology-driven centralized control room, grievance management, and information platform. The portal’s goal is to give MSMEs a one-stop shop, assist small businesses in expanding, and settle their complaints while also helping them with other aspects of the company.

MSME CHAMPIONS Portal Grievance Online Registration Form :
The following is the whole process to fill up the MSME Grievance online registration form at the champion portal for MSME:
- The business person must go to the champions portal MSME official website.
- From the main menu on the home page, navigate to the Register Here option, then select the Register Grievance link.
- The applicant, an individual or an organization, may input the following: user type, name, state, district, unit address, email ID, pin code, and cellphone number. Then, they can click the button to receive an OTP via email or mobile number.
- The applicant can then quickly confirm the information by entering the OTP they received on the registered mobile device number.
- Following the MSME grievance submission, the government will examine and resolve the matter as quickly as possible, which will benefit the MSMEs.

Note: To obtain the status, MSME applicants are recommended to retain the Grievance Number they were given upon registration.
- When you choose the Grievance Status option from the CHAMPIANS site, the following new page will appear. Provide the grievance number that was issued upon the grievance’s successful registration. Then, enter the Verification Code that the Captcha asks for.
- Once the Grievance Number and the Captcha Value have been entered, click the Submit button. Following a successful verification process, the grievance’s current status will be shown.
